ABOUT THE FOUNDER
NEXT was founded by Lee Lazerson following a career in sales and sales
management that spanned more than twenty-two years.
As a manager, Director, and Vice President of Sales in the television, radio,
and sports media industries, Lee interviewed (and hired) scores of candidates
with various backgrounds and degrees of experiences.
Employed by some of the premiere broadcast companies in the United States
(including Viacom/CBS, FOX, Post-Newsweek, Chris-Craft/United Television,
and Pulitzer Broadcasting); Lee has the experience to understand what it
takes to earn a position in an exciting industry and capitalize on that start to
progress through a company—have a lot of fun, and earn a great living.
